Pack Calendar

What: Our first pack meeting of the year! We'll be learning camping skills and playing scout games. 

When: Sunday, September 14, 2025, 4-5pm

Where: YMCA Silver Spring (back patio)

Bring: Old hats, neckerchiefs, slides, or uniforms to exchange with other families.

What: Scout troops 249 and 440 will lead bike safety and skill activities. This event is designed to cover skills for cycling adventures for all levels of Cubs, and every pack in our district is invited to attend. Activities, races, and games include: Sudden stop, slalom course, penny drop, chaos corner, figure eights, a slow speed race, coast to coast race, and a free ride area. Scouts and prospective scouts must bring their own bicycle and helmet to participate. 

When: Saturday, September 20, 2025, 2-4pm

Where: St. Bernadette School, 80 University Blvd. East, Silver Spring, MD 20901

What: Fun fall activities for Cub Scouts!

When: Saturday, September 28, 2025, 1:30- 5pm

1. 1. Lion Roar:   1:30- 2:30 pm (Lions only event, Kindergarten)

   2. Tiger Hunt:  2:30- 3:30 pm (Tigers only event, First Grade)

   3. Cub Adventure Day: 2:00- 5:00 pm (All Cub Scout Ranks). Come and go anytime during event hours  

Where: Colesville Local Park, 610 Hobbs Dr, Colesville, MD 20904 

Cost: $5 per person

What: Family camping, outdoor games, s'mores and more!

When: Friday, October 3 - Sunday, October 5, 2025

Where: Little Bennett Regional Park Campground

Cost: Covered by Pack dues. Families are responsible for their own food for the weekend.
