April Pack Meeting
When: Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 7:00pm
Where: YMCA Silver Spring Field (Rain location: YMCA Gym)
Agenda: We'll have a guest speaker from the Montgomery County Recycling Center. She will teach scouts about recyclables and reusables, does and don'ts when recycling, what the county does, and how scouts can help.
Spring Family Campout- Camp Snyder
What: Families will camp in a site with Pack 275, and scouts will get to participate in fun activities throughout the day, such as archery, woodshop, BBs, family games, gagaball, handicrafts, and STEM.
When: Friday, April 25 - Sunday, April 27, 2025
Where: Camp Snyder, 6100 Antioch Rd, Haymarket, VA 20169

Pack Rocket Launch
What: Launch rockets! We will finalize building the rockets by installing the engines. Then, scouts will launch each rocket twice.
When: Sunday, May 18, 2-4pm
Where: YMCA Silver Spring Field
Cost: $20 per kit (includes rocket and two engines)

How to help: We need adults to help with operating the launcher, troubleshooting, ensuring safety, and checking rockets before launching them.
